About
Welcome to Busybee.ie
My name is Adrienn and I am a 9 year old busy bee. I love to read, because it is fun and I learn a lot from books. Also I can get away from my little sister and brother for a while
My parents were looking for book reviews written by kids, to find me more books I would love to read. Then I decided to write my own reviews of the books I read. I want to help others find great books to read. These are book reviews by children. (Well, just one child for now)
Other than book reviews, I have other hobbies too. I will share my arts, craft and baking experiments, and many other things.
Hope you'll have a great time here.
Meeting the Minister for Education
On Wednesday the 9th of May, we went to Dublin to meet the Minister for Education. We went to the Clock Tower. My daddy studied Software Development in LCFE, and won a competition and he won a prize. He was in the local newspaper too. 😁Unfortunately Minister Richard Bruton had to cancel, but we met Minister Mary Mitchell O'Connor. She was very nice. I was in the picture with daddy and other very important people. We drove to the Red Cow (it is not actually a red cow, just the name of the hotel). We went on the LUAS, it was fun when it went really fast. It was a bit slow in the city center. We got there early and I had a chocolate muffin with a flake. Then we walked to the Clock Tower. We saw the spire, it is like the giants needle.
I got to chat to the ladies, they all said I look very pretty in my dress.
My Covid-19 Birthday Party
My birthday was a few days ago. We usually invite all my friends and go to a party place or a hotel for a pool party or something like that. With the coronavirus around us, we couldn’t invite my friends to celebrate with me this time.
Cliona's Foundation Charity Cycle
Today, the last day of August, we took part in the 12th annual charity cycle race in aid of Cliona's Foundation.
